This is a community-sourced list of services and resources that you might find useful. If you’re a member of NHS staff, it’s worth knowing that you can self-refer to your occupational health services if you feel you need additional support.
Urgent / out of hours
- For urgent/life-threatening matters affecting you or another, call 999 or attend A&E
