Theme: who are we?

The KIND network is a big and diverse group without a single standard professional identify. This year’s unconference is about who we are, what we do at work, and who makes the case for us and what we do?

  • What’s your professional group/personae?
    • “office-spreadsheet person”
    • digital leader
    • data scientist
    • admin person
  • “gang aft agley” - how did you get here?
    • what was your career path to your KIND-ish role?
    • what’s your SFW-passion project? What are your rabbit-holes?
    • where are your successes?
  • Where do we sit? Are we frontline? Back-office? Somewhere in the middle?
  • What do we do at work all day?
  • What do you think you should be doing at work?
    • from collecting and describing to modelling and intelligence
  • what are your barriers (infrastructure) and opportunities (digital tranformation)
  • who values your work, and how do you find that out?
